Doorsafe Refund and Return Policy
At Doorsafe, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please carefully read the following terms:
Product is returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail
page, only in case the product received is damaged, has any missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from the description mentioned on the product detail page on www.doorsafe.ae.
1. Return Period:
You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Free Shipping for Incorrect Items
For scenarios wherein the product received is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page, the Doorsafe team will arrange for a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and proceed with replacement as requested.
2. Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions:
A. The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
B. The product is not different from what was originally shipped.
C. The product is returned in its original condition along with it's accessories (if any) and it's original packaging.
3. For the product where the applicable refund or return window has been exhausted, the
product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.
4. Manufacturing defects
Refund or return of item with manufacturing defect will be sent to our inspection team. If the item is found to have any manufacturing defects, customer shall be refunded in full.
5. Condition of Packaging
If the packaging is torn or destroyed upon return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Return Process:
1. Contact Us
Initiate the return process by contacting our customer service within the 7-day return period. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
2. Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if the return meets the criteria.
3. Return Pickup (For Incorrect Items)
If we sent the wrong item, we will initiate a return pickup for the product to streamline the return process.
4. Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
5. Refund or Replacement
If the return is approved, you will have the option of a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
6. Refund will be processed within 2 working Days once the product is received by Doorsafe. The applicable refund window may vary, from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
7. Damage reported for products collected by the customer from store, will not be eligible for return or replacement.
RETURN/REFUND IS NOT ELIGIBLE WHEN:
Doorsafe will not consider the product for return or replacement in the following cases:
A. Buyer’s remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.
B. Product has already been installed or is in use, and works as per its specification certified by the brand.
C. Product has been relocated from the primary delivery address registered for installation/demonstration by the customer.
D. Product is a free gift.
